Bell Sympatico undeniably clearly had beforehand promised me verbally a "high speed unlimited, uncapped, reliable, continual download services,  and not they will try to next to  offer me this, submit  their best service but they had, have  to deliver to my next what was promised.  In reality they had clearly failed to live up to their own advertisement, promises because of their in incapableness now to do so to me and often as I had witnessed even for 24 months and rightfully detailed, had complained to them too.  Bell, their false pride of self importance has gone to their head and has allowed also the employees, even the president of Bell, vice president of Bell Sympatico to wrongfully now be abusive to  me ,  to wrongfully think that they can dictate their  own contract obligations, terms now to others, to wrongfully make their own self evaluations too, and that the others, like me, have no choice but to comply even to their clearly lies, distortions, perversities. The Bell president himself now also needs to be reminded that a contract is a joint agreement amongst two equal, mutually submissive  parties, and that both parties have to respect the contract agreement, and each other, meaning definitely that Bell has to respect the customer now too.. When this immoral Bell perverts now even writes to me and says according to our own records we have adequately supplied your our services, that is a disserted one sided fact, not necessarily or rightfully shared by the customer now, me. I have dealt with another ISP and they were more honest as to what they had promised me and next delivered in comparisons to Bell Sympatico  now too. The Bell competitors  download speeds are significantly higher all the time as well,  with no capping too  and even cheaper too.

 1- Why is it you Sasha Rollins wrongfully had never returned my phone calls to you this year in 2008, the last time we talked was before you went away for your Christmas holidays. This clearly was very unprofessional of you too. 

2- Why is it when you had agreed in December 2007 the 6 months free unlimited internet in 2008 to compensate that you Bell had previously lied to me and had next not only had not delivered my paid for high speed system the last two previous years, but now next you had undeniably not delivered it to me in 2008 . How stupid do you take me to me, what kind of a fool now? For even the next promised reliably or steady service, rather in 2008 it only worked well one week out of 4 weeks in every month of 2008 as I had detailed and I had in writing rightfully complained to you now too.. Bell, you should compensate me for the poor system you had delivered me previously and also now as well for 2008 and that was why I had asked a total compensation rightfully from you in 2008 for 2500 dollars as detailed to you in writing this year now too... 

3: I had asked of you many times for signed invoices for my monthly Sympatico billings for all of 2008 and I had not received it, finally you had sent on incomplete invoices, partials to me, and next you Bell you had refused to explain, deal with the clear unacceptable discrepancies on the monthly 2008 invoices that I had often by phone, in writing, on the net had detailed to bell Sympatico as well. Everyone at Bell Sympatico next had replied that no one had authorizations to deal with any of the items, only Sasha Rollins did, and he never got back to me on them ever, even to date too.. 

4: You Bell are also clearly guilty of forgery, lies, misleading, false business practices in that I HAD MANY TIME NOW HAD ASKED YOU FOR CONFIRMATION, PROOF THAT I HAD RENEWED THE SYMPATICO CONTRACT IN 2008 AND THAT I HAD REQUESTED ANY UPGRADES TO IT AND YOU DID NOT SUPPLY IT AT ALL. I IN 2008 WAS EVEN INITIALLY UNAWARE THERE WERE SYMPATICO CHANGES MADE, AND I WAS NOT TOLD BEFOREHAND, OR GIVEN THE PROOF THAT I HAD REQUESTED. I ALWAYS DO CONFIRM ALL AGREEMENTS WITH BELL SYMPATICO PREVIOUSLY IN WRITING BY EMAIL, AND YOU FORE SURE HAD NO SUCH LETTER FROM ME TOO.. I had rightfully as you are aware asked THE RCMP to investigate these matter in full too. if the contract was renewed by you NOW it should have been done at the old contract rates, and the promised 6 megs download speeds, and at the unlimited download as well. 

5: I had also rightfully complained din writing many times about your false capping of my downloads without my knowledge , prior approval as well of my downloads on the unlimited Sympatico download contract. Presently I have an unlimited download contract with one of your competitors but they rightfully they do not cap my downloads per our present contract too. 

6: You Bell Sympatico had definitely many times now had unacceptably lied to me, had sent over 7 repairman to my home, had replaced my modem over 8 times as well, when you said that any of the problem of you failing to deliver me the reliable steady, continual high speed was related to me, my computer as well. I tested your system with 3 separate computers and operating system and it was your Bell line's failure, Bells inadequate equipment, problems outside of my home that was the sole reasons of your own fault of past poor internet services to me. This all was also an unacceptable breach of the Sympatico contract towards me too. 

8: I HAD NEVER NOW FROM BELL SYMPATICO REQUESTED ANY MODEM UPGRADE AND NEXT IN 2008 YOU HAD FALSELY CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR THIS AS WELL. YOU BUNCH OF LYING CROOKS HERE TOO. 

 9: Bell Sympatico you had tried to rob me of my monies now as well from my bank account in 2008 during the time I had been promised 6 month of Free internet services and those acts as well were, are totally despicable, immoral on your part too.

 1: He Sasha Rollins says my complaints have been taken seriously and my email has been increased to 5000 letters a day.. he clearly now lies, this same when when undeniably this same liar had falsely disconnected my Bell internet service on June 1 2008 and had not reconnected it, and I thus now have no Bell Sympatico internet services.. so my Bell emails do not work at all. I have another ISP supplier instead now. This show how seriously he takes my letters, does not do an adequate review of them now eve firstly.

 

2: He Sasha Rollins  lies and said he had promised me speeds up to 6 megs, that is like me fairly saying reciprocally I will pay him monthly up to 55 dollars per month as I see fit.. but up to contracts are illegal by the laws, courts  in the province of Quebec for they all  have to be of fixed, definable  values.

Here just for a start is what I have noted about the laws in Canada and their applications now too the last half century too.

 

In the application of justice the law Justice itself now is be be blind, for it is to be  impartial, uniformly applied too, fair, just, honest, but that now often is not the case still too.

 

Anyone who firstly believes that there is solely true Justice in all parts of  Canada is basically an ignorant Ostrich or a  fool, for still there are all kinds of ways, means, places where the laws now are still inadequately regulated, poorly and inadequately applied, enforced, carried out, and even where false partiality and false discrimination is now being applied too.... for just one example revenue generating traffic tickets seem to get too much police attentions too often  as we all seem to know, not the bad drivers, drunk drivers. Many laws are still underfunded and some still overfunded..

 

There there is the manner of the selection of the police officers, the justices of the police, and the judges themselves now too, definitely political and partisanship influenced, hiring personal friends is a common practice in Canada still too, and it seems that bad people can be appointed, serve as  cops, lawyers, judges etc., still too.

 

Canadian laws and related sentences, punishments,  are not even uniform even across Canada but now are subject to varying, and different provincial jurisdictions, and varying standards too, where each province, territories  gives it's own distinct preferential observances, enforcement, different sentences for,  of the specific laws even.

 

 

Even the police themselves do too often falsely  discriminate, in the applications of the laws too, for   they do and can pick and chose what laws they will enforce and which ones they will not, and chose even as to whom they will prosecute and whom they will not. They falsely and undeniably  like to mainly listen to the person who has the biggest political influence, outcome on their pensions, salaries firstly, even their political masters. Some groups, persons, Corporations,  laws   thus still get disproportionate attention, preferential treatments.. discriminations against natives, black, ethnic persons, cultural profiling is still being carried out too by even police officers and Judges ehh?

 

Too many persons who enforce the always now  they themselves wrongfully think that they are above keeping the laws, and wrongfully believe that they are exempt from any prosecutions of the wrong doings, and we see these poor unacceptable attitudes, behavior often,  amongst the  poor civil , public servants, bad police, bad RCMP included. Not enough of these too often bad guys now are really sent rightfully to jail still too. This too is always unacceptable still. For  one example here.. We all seem to know bad cops tend to mostly get away with their bad acts, they are cover-up, hushed, denied too often still too. Self regulations often tends to be just masturbation, not real justice.

 

The laws, justice system gives preferential treatment, advantages to liars, perjurers, when we can easily see that the Queen's courts as well rarely prosecute perjury in the courts by lawyers, spouses, witnesses, etc.. When was the last time you heard the judge arrest a pretender, crooked lawyers for lying to the courts, or someone else?  after all we tend to know that the average person still lies , exaggerates at least one every 5 minutes. It seems even in the courts the person now who  hires the best liar, or lies the best can win.. even police officers do lie unprosecuted too often.

 

Speaking of false partiality of the Courts, and the Canadian federal government itself  has left the internet unregulated..  at least in part only.. we know that child molesters, child pornography on internet in Canada can be and are often rightfully prosecuted, and that some internet bullies are now being rightfully prosecuted by some provincial human rights commissions, even by some of the courts for slander, abuse  now too.. But not all of the the  human rights, verbal abusers even now  are being adequately dealt with too, nor the internet service providers who lie, are clearly now guilty of being abusive, falsely restrictive, censorship, privacy invasions, guilty false misleading advertising, restrictive business practices, bait and switch approach are not being fully dealt with and this is unacceptable, a falsely discriminatory practice  that now still always too and needs to be fully dealt with too.

So the Industry minister even calls on Bell, Telus to explain new text charges- 

This is not even a new issue but an old one. I firstly could not help but notice that a very significant AMOUNT OF YOUNG PEOPLE USE THE iPHONES AND COMPUTERS STILL, and that as a direct result we now have whole generation of users who clearly do strongly hate the federal government as well as the big corporations for allowing them to be abused again and again. A really Smart move??  for the Conservatives and big Corporations   getting young customers too mad at them now even for life. Certainly not a good, or a great marketing practice for  the Conservatives, the Corporations, even for Industry Minister Jim Prentice MP. The whole fiasco, poor past responses, inactions   now still being poorly thought out ironically  applies now even to to the Conservatives and the Industry Minister himself  now as well.. It all clearly falls in the same category as the Conservative Stockwell Day MP  and his past skidoo antics.

"While I have no desire to interfere with the day-to-day business decisions of two private companies, I do have a duty as minister of industry to protect the interests of the consuming public when necessary," Prentice said in a statement. "I believe this was a poorly thought out decision." Under the Corporations  new plans, customers will be charged 15 cents for each incoming text message, including uninvited spam messages. Previously, customers without text plans were only charged for outgoing messages. Customers with a text messaging rate plan or bundle will not be affected by the new charges."

 

Hey  let me shout it all to you again and again, as a taxpayer I too always do openly rightfully expect always a  good government, and I rightfully expect the government to do it's job, including all of it's ministers, and I rightfully also expect them always to fully to protect the citizens from the Corporations false misleading advertising, price gouging, price fixing, price collusions, bait and switch approach sales marketing approach, and a lot more. The problem also with the industry minister acting now on the iphone text issue while better late than never, is that the same major ISPs have used the same immoral approach on their Internet services as well and to date nothing was , is being done still about that  wrongfully. and this is also still unacceptable.

 

It is also still  interesting how much of the negative complaints rightfully are even coming from Alberta even from the Industries Minister's own riding, Province too, right from the heart of Conservative supporter country.

Here again is how many Canadian consumers, citizens do see it as far as the iphones mainly. "Only the person who sends the message should be charged plain and simple. There is a  public outrage on the part of Canadian consumers following the release of the local pricing plans. Apple the iPhone maker has watched nearly 50,000 of its loyal customers sign an anti-Rogers petition at ruinediphone.com, which has in turn sparked hundreds of potentially damaging reports on the matter by bloggers and members of the mainstream media. 

Canada's cellphone market is currently dominated by three key players - Bell (TSX:BCE), Telus and Rogers Communications Inc.(TSX:RCI.B).

The petition has attracted attention in Canada and abroad, but it won’t have any effect on Rogers unless consumers follow through with the old-fashioned but simple and reliable strategy for pulling down prices.

If you don’t like the price of an iPhone, don’t buy it. If Rogers finds it has priced itself out of the market, it won’t take a petition to ring in lower prices.

Canada's phone companies and the federal government itself  have still even failed to understand how the consumers, markets are changing.. so both Bell and Telus get hit by a backlash over new texting prices.  It is not just  about price, it was about the restriction and limitation of the user experiences too. Canadian telecom giants are feeling the heat like never before by  an increasingly savvy and demanding customer against finely tuned telecom incumbents . There is   irony to the fact that as the phone companies roll out new services that allow people to communicate instantly in new ways, their customers are using the technology to express their criticism of how those services are offered and priced.  the government's plan to keep the wireless industry also unregulated is real crap.  Neither of these rather mostly abusive parties  are about to listen to the Canadian Customers still, it will take more drastic responses..

Having clearly now an exaggerated emphasis of your own self importance, being tottally in  control is part of a cluster of behaviors that can be labeled as compulsive and generally characterized by perfectionism, orderliness, workaholic tendencies, an inability to make commitments or to trust others and a real cover-up for your fear of having your own flaws exposed. You are exposed now still too.. 

 

All  these type of Persons who  believe they can protect themselves by staying in control of every aspect of their lives, or of others, including their relationships are idiots, fools, grossly in error, in need of professional help, good pastoral counseling.

 

I rightfully  believe in the right of free speech, mine, yours, everyone else’s and not solely yours.
 
Most all of you have had to contend with control freaks and they are found everywhere, in Corporations, at  home, in churches too.. These are those people who insist on having their way in all interactions with you. They wish to set the agenda and decide what it is you will do and when you will do it. You know who they are – they have a driving need to run the show and call the shots. Lurking within the fabric of the conversation is the clear threat that if you do not accede to their needs and demands, they will be unhappy.. and they will delete your post…
 
While in reality God has made us all equal, and GAVE US ALL MOUTHS WE CAN SPEAK WITH, EARS TO LISTEN, it seems some people, in churches, on the net, elsewhere, they  still wrongfully do think they are better than others, or want to dominate others, do try to give orders to others, do try to make rules for others  that they too often themselves do not follow too, they are in fact still bullies..  and now why is that? and who do they think they are now that they are so special? Mere fools. They mostly have a hidden agenda, they are falsely seeking fame, power, control, a position of prestige, for they are immoral slave drivers trying to walk on the back of others…

I have already mentioned it to you rightfully and often too  before that I often get letters from some persons telling me what I can and cannot write on their sites, rather them wanting to write all of my posts too it seems. Many disturbed persons are now disturbed by the contents of my posts, so these  ostriches try to find a false excuse not to deal with it, and try to instead falsely delete it. The control freaks  emotional stakes includes their own identity and sense of well-being. Being in control gives them the temporary illusion and sense of calmness, a false feeling of superiority. and what fools they are when in reality they are so far from it now too.    

Control freaks or Bullies, abusers, wrongfully do cause  others stress so they can maintain a false sense of order. These people themselves firstly are are still riddled mostly with anxiety, fear, insecurity, and anger. They’re very critical of themselves their lover and their friends, but underneath all that still too that supposedly perfect outfit and great body is a mountain of real unhappiness, unresolved guilt, disturbed person.
 
Certainly, it’s natural to want to be in control of your life. But when you have to be in control of the people around you as well, well you have gone crazy, become a fool, a demonic controlled person who can’t rest until you get your way and you are headed down a very bumpy ride, it is easier to try to control yourself, and impossible to control all the others.

The need to control is almost always fueled by anxiety – though control freaks seldom recognize their fears. At work, they may worry about failure. In relationships, they may worry about not having their needs met. To keep this anxiety from overwhelming them, they try to control the people or things around them. They have a hard time with negotiation and compromise and they can’t stand imperfection. Needless to say, they are difficult to live with, work with and/or socialize with.

   “Those who demand the most often give the least.”  Ask them to send you something or do something for you. In order to not feel degraded, humiliated and have your sense of self and self worth assaulted, you need to avoid being bulldozed by a controlling lover, boss or friend. When you are caught up in a truly destructive/controlling attachment, the best response may still also still be to expose them. call the police and walk out.

Subject: Dealing effectively with complaints, problems, bad service , ISP provider-

 The Written Complaints are always an important way to identify areas of much needed improvement, and  they can lead to significant  improvements eventually.

 

You might be so dissatisfied with your phone company, ISP provider, or whatever? and next most persons will simply transfer their account  immediately  to another firm, another service provider entirely, but beware you may still have to deal with the penalty for breaking the contract,  and in reality such an approach does not do anything to alleviate or likely help the same problem that many other customers next will also have. If you help  to deal with it all now properly it may all take more  time but in the end it will generally, if done right, next  bring positive changes and great regards for other now as well.

 

Some of the most common areas of complaints, difficulty are as follow:  

• Advertisements - for complaints about the truth, accuracy, ethics or legality of advertisements, as well as confusing or unclear labeling directions, contact the Minister of Consumer Affairs 
• Bills - for complaints about problems with your phone bill, or ISP in the first instance you should contact the telephone or ISP  service provider. If you are not satisfied with their response then contact not only the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman   but many others as well.. You might also want to contact the nearest office of your federal, sate, provincial consumer affairs ministry now too..
• Fixed Line or Mobile Phone Contracts - The actual contract that supplies you with a mobile or fixed line telephone is a trade agreement. These come under contract law and contracts are sometimes disputed as being either unfair or unfulfilled. In these cases, again you should firstly contact the organization with whom you signed the contract. If you are not satisfied with their response then again, contact the nearest office of the Department of Consumer affairs.
• The Quality of the Telephone Service or ISP now . Again, in the first instance you should always take up any complaint regarding the quality of the telephone service with your service providers as well as to the others.
• Radio and Television Program Content For radio or television broadcast program content (not advertising), the federal  Broadcasting Authority  is generally responsible for ensuring that programs ‘reflect community standards’. They all will  asks that you first make your complaint directly to the broadcaster concerned. They say that if a station fails to answer your written complaint within thirty days, or if you are otherwise still not happy with their response, you should then contact them,

How to Make an Effective Complaint -   General Rules

The first simple, honest step is to contact the organization that you do have the problem with, and to tell them preferably always  in writing next too, specially  that you want to make a complaint and you are also going to detail it in writing to them and others for further references now too.

 

Before making the specific contact, - make sure you do now have a clear idea about exactly what you are going to ask them. tell them. Do generally take some detailed, specific notes and have them in front of you so you don’t get distracted or next forget any part of the essential information you want to share with them too. If possible,  do have a proposed resolution to your complaint that you would be fully happy with  and present this to them too. Assemble a pen now, and all the information that might be necessary to refer to, in front of you in writing on  a page even before you call, including the initial telephone number, account number and billing address and the subsequent references given to you. . If you are calling about a specify phone or ISP account, bill, try to make sure you have a reference copy of it in front of you. The more prepared you are for the first telephone call, the more likely  you will also nerd it when you have call back again later.

 

You do try to phone them first and follow it up with a confirming letter next too.  Stay in control always without being interrupted or distracted by the others . State your case as calmly as possible, and note this do even repeat it to them especially  if they are not listening to you, or if they as usual falsely try to lie to you, to divert the topics, your complaint now. However, you should always plan to make a telephone call when you are feeling in full control to deal with the problem.

 

Remember presenting  most complaints takes to take some time, prepare to be ready for the time to pass, but do know also how to handle the false delays. Send them with a copy to others a reminder letter that you are waiting for an adequate response to your specific complaint for a start. Have a pen and paper ready in front of you. Take note always of the date and tie time you call, how long you waited before your call was answered, how long you had talked for  and the name of the person you spoke to. In the future it might be even helpful for you to monrtstily bill the same  firm for wasting your time in their not addressing the problem. That should get their notice now next  too and show how serious you are in getting the problems, conflict resolve in an adequate manner now still too.

 

When any person  does  experience service or equipment problems, their resulting dissatisfactions,  complaints now can be  often even more compounded by them not being able to directly firstly to talk to or to deal with anyone that is really helpful about the problem, in a position of authority to do so now,  even firstly now without waiting for hours on the telephone for a firm’s initial or subsequent responses - note the delays sometimes this is a deliberate act by the firms to discourage you from initially now making the complaint. The reality  thus often still is that you may always need to wait a long while before your phone call is answered and if you can’t now really wait, your next numerous unsuccessful attempts also to speak with someone will ultimately not only  waste your time but will also increase your frustration.  Anger can be a common reaction the reality that the  service and equipment problems  that too often are not quickly and effectively solved, or one too often being cut off over and over again, or rather buck passed,  transferred to others again and again, or put on hold or the telephone phones are answered by electronically generated voice systems that lyingly promise to return your call now are also rightfully extremely annoying.  

 

A common false tactic  now used by too  many firms, municipalities, services is to try to cut you off  the phone or your post , by lyingly finding some excuse to deal with you even like saying that you are rude or what ever. Merely repeat to them calmly your specific request stating that you want to talk to someone that can effectively help you with your  specific complaints and can you be passed  to that person, manager? If at any time you feel you are becoming upset, cool down, and remind yourself why you are calling, what you are doing. Simply  using the free , holding time to write down  the basic complaints,  details even for their later use if nerd be. Ask for their name, the name of their managers, and their email now as well and tell them you intend to write about it, posting your complaint to others, on the net as well. If they cut you off, a normal course of action from the much too many  bad firms and their bad customer service departments these days too now, persist and get a proper mailing address still.

            

Complaining by phone, or face to face  generally means there is no undeniable record of the event, even that it had now ever occurred, transpired. Some how many more persons next do tend to be responsive when the see the undeniable complaint in writing, but not always. Thus the Follow up letters are also generally essential. Do always  resort to writing letters with copies to the related managers, and your local elected representatives, news media so they too ALL  can be informed and ALL CAN act upon it.

 

The problem also with using just the phone to deal with a complaint, is that there is no record of what really has happened especially when the outcomes now are too often mostly negative. Do still understand that there are much too many unrepentant, pretentious firms that hire too many liars to defy the complaints, truths. Even here your witnessed  public exposure will help to bring this out into the open, to light so others can deal with it effectively too. No one can deny your own personal witness if detailed in writing now too. The Pen is always mightier than the sword still too these days.

 

 Appropriate disclosures to the right parties, the persons who have the power to make changes, executives, news media, elected officials, regulating bodies too  can work wonders next too.

 

A good complaint letter will probably help you to get the best results quicker. A signed written complaint, with at least your full name, address and telephone number  is always  important, effective oven on one  one made by e-mail. You should receive an adequate, serious  written response within a reasonable time period at the most within 30 days at the most if not sooner. It is always best to write a letter to the company outlining your concerns, an email is acceptable as long as you send copies of it to others. Do also  Request that they reply to your complaint in writing and keep their letter in case you need it in future.

 

According to Ellen Phillips, author of Shocked, Appalled and Dismayed! How to Write Letters of Complaint, the most effective letters of complaint include some of these five key elements:  

1. Direct a copy of the the letter to the highest-ranking person in the organization as well and to the Consumer and Government Organizations as well:
2. Construct a strong opening sentence even as to what you want, expect  from them, and do sate it to be done within a reasonable period of time too.
3. Describe the problem complaint  concisely and factually including any steps you have already taken
4. Clearly do also  Imply that the company will not only  lose your business but hat of many  others too for you will share it with them too. Tell them  that  you also now cannot be sued by anyone of posting or for telling the truth. That you also do welcome any subsequent threats of a lawsuit as it will being the whole matter into the open and give it more much  needed publicity too.
5. Do Place all the responsibility for resolving  the complaints with the recipient and their related mangers even for their rightfully blame in their  failure to solve the problem you had rightfully addressed to them already too.

If the telephone or internet service provider does not solve your problem you could also contact one of the  relevant external complaint-handling agencies: If any of them now do not resolve your problem for you in a way that you are happy with, you can and often should take the process even a step further and all in writing now too, meanwhile also making the whole process publically posted on the internet, available to the news media and the local elected officials will also help to weed out the much too many pretentious pretentious bad   regulators as well. I have rightfully followed all this myself too now. The darkness tends to hate the light , being exposed to all.

YOUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT WHEN IT CHANGES. When your contract with your mobile, internet, fixed-line or VoIP (net phone) service provider changes, often you will have a right to end the contract early without having to pay additional fees (eg cancellation or termination fees). I had witnessed the first Calgary CMA church tell a native to go to his own kind, for he was not good enough to be with them, for they are the rich who persecuted  the poor folks too  as Jesus himself had told me. They abuse the women and others too.

CHRISTIAN & MISSIONARY ALLIANCE NAMED IN CONSPIRACY LAWSUIT FILED: CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD CHINESE CHURCH OF $650,000 CHURCH PROPERTY AND APPROXIMATELY $18,000 IN BANK ACCOUNTS by James Sundquist / In a major lawsuit, the Mid America District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (hereafter C&MA) was named by a group of former members of the Chinese Alliance Church of Colorado Springs. The C&MA is one of the largest Evangelical Protestant Christian denominations, with 2,010 C&MA churches in the U.S., and 440 in Canada, with approximately 417,000 members in the United States. The Plaintiff has alleged that the C&MA conspired to defraud and subsequently confiscate and convert their $650,000 church property and assets and emptied their approximately $18,000 in bank accounts, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, U.S.A. The Defendant, C&MA Mid America District Headquarters office, is located in Omaha, Nebraska. C&MA National Church Ministries Vice President Rev. John Soper endorsed and approved both the closure and the sale of the church property in two letters.

This is not unique. The Chinese church is just one of the more recent victims of the C&MA’s Church Growth Movement Church Multiplication, Church Health formulas for measuring spirituality, and Small Group grand strategies being implemented in the U.S., and Canada to takeover and transform churches. After the C&MA had given the Chinese Alliance Church of Colorado Springs an ultimatum of 15 months to redevelop, the lawsuit alleges that they reneged on it in 3 months. After closing the church down, the C&MA wouldn’t even let them keep their Chinese translation Bibles and library (refusing to return them even upon request in writing). After about 18 months the C&MA put the property on the market and sold the property to a Karate company. Named in the lawsuit are: Christian & Missionary Alliance, Randall Burg, District Superintendent for the Mid America District of the C&MA, the Mid America District of the C&MA, and Dr. Robert Trempert, Interim Pastor just prior to the closing of the church. This C&MA District includes Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. The Plaintiff also alleges that the C&MA secured and conveyed the deed without informing the congregation, then used unfounded charges to evict the whole congregation, which was about 30 regular attendees, and closed down the church and threw them out on the street. It is also the intent of former members of this church to alert and warn all C&MA churches, the church at large, and the Asian community throughout the world, that this could happen to them too! We are grateful to the many members of the national media have already asked to run this story even before this press release went out. These Chinese Christians and how the C&MA applied the Reversion Clause of its constitution to this church feels like this a “mortgage made in Hell”…you have to make mortgage payments to the C&MA [or its own approved lender], including interest…then when the building is paid off in half of the 15 year mortgage, you the borrower get to (have to) give the C&MA lender the building and property too…what a deal! Many of these older saints who came from Communist China where they were persecuted hoped that this could not happen in the U.S., let alone at the hands of the church. They found out they were wrong! On July 1, 2006, members of The Chinese Alliance Church of Colorado Springs discovered that the locks on their building had been changed when attempting to attend a prayer meeting. One Sunday, July 2, 2006, the congregrants came to worship and found out they were evicted from their own building, with the knowledge and consent, the Alliance, MAD, Burg, and Trempet proceeded to lock the Chinese Church out of its own building. Instead of taking care of widows and the homeless, the C&MA leaders created them, while simultaneously blaming these victims. Someone did come to their rescue and hear their Chinese church’s SOS cries for help. There was a good Samaritan in Colorado Springs who showed great mercy and provided shelter for these approximately 30 fleeing Chinese refugee saints and helped them get back on their feet again, and that was Pastor David Fitzgerald and the Garden Ranch Baptist Church. Then the Garden Ranch Baptist Church gave immediate relief under emergency powers, then helped them redevelop church polity and comply with requirements of the State of Colorado and the IRS to start a new church…all in a period of about six months…without strings attached.” “Contrary to what C&MA leaders would have you do, and that is hear the victims side of the story vs. just the perpetrators, as good Christians and good Bereans, you should want to read the other side of the story for yourselves.”

 To make it simple or appealing to the ignorant the CMA has simplifed their doctrines, Jesus Christ as Savior, Healer, Coming King, Sanctifier too... but what is really totally absent and very very signicant.. is that they dnot mentio often or at all  Jesus as the helper of the poor people.. and  what they do not practise giving aid, money to the poor people in their own church, rather when they become poor they kick them out instead? To be honest, and to be fair to all of the supposedly Christian pastors too,  at least 80 percent of all North American evangelical pastors they are certainly also not anointed  by the Holy Sprit, even the fundamental, Baptist ones now too, for they have not been called by God for  the ministry, and they are still only Hirelings, so it is not surprising that 70 percent of them had committed adultery too... Never mind their cheating, lying stealing now too.

  

I was shocked as to how many Evangelical pastors That I  know  personaly had commiited adulery, and I caught one reading dirty books at the local airport too.

 

 Most people also  are not aware that the Canadian Pentecostal assemblies of Canada churches PAOC are a break away from the Christian Missionary Alliance church firstly and they have a very similar church management structure, a corporation with a corporate president even that does not disclose all the expenditures to the all of the donators now too. .. not your expected  congregationally managed, owned local church .. Yes the same Christian Missionary alliance church, rather Corporation.. the bad so called church that our Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper goes too. The Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA) is an Evangelical Protestant denomination within Christianity. Founded by Rev. Albert Benjamin Simpson in 1887, the Christian & Missionary Alliance did not start off as a denomination, but rather began as two distinct Para church organizations: The Christian Alliance which focused on the pursuit and promotion of the Higher Christian life and The Evangelical Missionary Alliance, which focused on mobilizing “consecrated” Christians in the work of foreign missionary efforts. These two groups amalgamated in 1897 to form The Christian and Missionary Alliance. It was only much later during the mid twentieth century that an official denomination was formed. See my posts on the CMA.. It is owned and controlled by a Corporation. The Pentecostal Assembly of Canada, PAOC broke away from this corporation and formed it’s own corporation, so called church..

Sow the wrong seed and you can also next reap a whirl wind , church pastors included now, and there is really no such thing as a little bit allowable sins for pastors included, no such thing as being a  little bit pregnant here too.. and it is still clearly unacceptable for any Pastors to counsel a man's wife behind his back and without his knowledge, approval,  permission, but even this sadly an unacceptable  common occurrence in evangelical churches now too, even in the Baptist, Alliance and Pentecostals churches now too.. and this is how the war against the perverse pastors' of the Toronto airport church and other similar bad churches  had next escalated. When any spouse starts to talk to others about their family affairs they now are next definitely  headed towards divorce wars as well..

 The ends seem to justify the means for some. In the secular world it is common to contact your employer to try to put pressure on you when you disagree with a corporation, but in the religious world it is an unacceptable  common ploy for bad undeniably pastors with no fear and accountably as well  too often to try meddle into your family affairs, to try to seduce,  counsel your own wife behind your back and knowledge, trying to divide and conquer as many persons have told  me, they had the same bad experiences too, me included.

Their ignorance of the Bible is alone not the issue, most Christians, church leaders  also wrongfully personally do pick and choose what parts of the Bible they will practice, and which one they will not. All professing Christians daily need to practice what they know, even the ten commandments.

I went to a Church for the first time in the Calgary NW Suburb AND I KNEW AFTER ONE SERVICE THE EVANGELICAL PASTOR WAS A CROOK, A LIAR.. My friends insisted I return to the church, but in the process they had told me that the pastor was lying about me, slandering me to others, even to them as well.. This has often happened to me by pastors of other churches, in Calgary, Montréal too, seems the much too many bad pastors like to slander and Gossip. At the next church service I had shared openly with the congregation at the end of the service that their pastor had been accused of lying, slandering me, and even stealing, , misappropriation of funds , lying also by others. The majority of Congregation members disagreed. Ten years later there was a knock on the door of my home and one of the church members told me face to face the same Calgary NW pastor was fired for lying, stealing funds. I always had wondered why it took them so long to see the truth about him?

    It was very interesting fact that the clearly bad pastors of TACF Toronto Airport Church fellowship had resorted to a commercial lawsuit over rather resorting to pray in dealing with one of their critics. Where in the world did so many of evangelical pastors wrongfully get the idea they personally now  are beyond any rightful criticism? rebuke, corrections? Certainly not from God.

It is very ironic that I have often said that if you really want to know how spiritual someone is, do first see how they do in regard their emphasis on the  importance of money, for their related greed for it will show their true spiritual values, or rather the lack of it. It is thus  interesting that the CMA disputes causing News headlines was over money. Many persons already are too often rightfully complaining that too many evangelical pastors even are too often still  greedy for filthy lucre, and they really do not care about the spiritual welfare, physical needs of others.

It is absurd for anyone to now even to try to hoodwink me as to how supposedly spiritually the Christian Missionary Alliance Church is as well, rather in truth the CMA Corporation now is supposedly. It would not work for I already do know the much too many negative truths about the CMA  firsthand and for many decades now too. No amount of whitewash can cover up their real dirty plays still too as I have seen firsthand.

I had attended this church in Canada for over 8 years, and not by a long shot can they be even considered a Christian Church.. thieves, liars, slanderers, home breakers yes.

Sow the wrong seed and you can also next reap a whirl wind , church pastors included now, and there is really no such thing as a little bit allowable sins for pastors included, no such thing as being a  little bit pregnant here too.. and it is still clearly unacceptable for any Pastors to counsel a man's wife behind his back and without his knowledge, approval,  permission, but even this sadly an unacceptable  common occurrence in evangelical churches now too, even in the Baptist, Alliance and Pentecostals churches now too.. and this is how the war against the perverse pastors' of the Toronto airport church and other similar bad churches  had next escalated. When any spouse starts to talk to others about their family affairs they now are next definitely  headed towards divorce wars as well..

 The ends seem to justify the means for some. In the secular world it is common to contact your employer to try to put pressure on you when you disagree with a corporation, but in the religious world it is an unacceptable  common ploy for bad undeniably pastors with no fear and accountably as well  too often to try meddle into your family affairs, to try to seduce,  counsel your own wife behind your back and knowledge, trying to divide and conquer as many persons have told  me, they had the same bad experiences too, me included.

It was very interesting fact that the clearly bad pastors of TACF Toronto Airport Church fellowship had resorted to a commercial lawsuit over rather resorting to pray in dealing with one of their critics,

 

Where in the world did so many of evangelical pastors wrongfully get the idea they personally now  are beyond any rightful criticism? rebuke, corrections? Certainly not from God.

It is very ironic that I have often said that if you really want to know how spiritual someone is, do first see how they do in regard their emphasis on the  importance of money, for their related greed for it will show their true spiritual values, or rather the lack of it. It is thus  interesting that the CMA disputes causing News headlines was over money. Many persons already are too often rightfully complaining that too many evangelical pastors even are too often still  greedy for filthy lucre, and they really do not care about the spiritual welfare, physical needs of others.

Christians doing still dirty works and hiding behind titles, corporate names still is also unacceptable… does not impress me at all.    My door bell rang and a person was there asking for donations to World Vision Canada, asking me if I had heard of it? Have I personally heard of it?  a vice president of this corporation that I had personally known, been to his home too had already lied about me, slandered me, spread other people’s lies about me.. He was an ex Christian & Missionary Alliance Missionary NOW AS WELL. Like I said many times before God still  expects all professing Christians to live a godly  life, not just pretend they do… God does not overlook human right abuses even by so called Christians now too.. for God is not impressed by what Church they go to, where they work, and what fancy title they may have now as well.

Recent discussions by both Bell and Rogers on their Corporate need  to get more and more money, with even any excuse, still out of consumers, and to throttle the downloads,  only all clearly confirms the reality as to how poorly managed these same companies in reality are still.. They too now have been wrongfully over subsidized by the CRTC, the Canadian  federal governments now too... now it is rather time the citizens got the break, protection.

30 percent of the people I meet daily in real life are the bad guys that jails exist for still too.. and they should be put in there often too. Now in Canada even  I am very used to people the much too many Bullies who  try to falsely dominate you, and these bullies go overboard in their reactions when you expose the truth about them and others  especially when their pet idols, or careers are threatened.  Me I am still rightfully actively resistant  to all of the  abusers, bullies, liars, even to the Church, GOVERNMENTAL, CORPORATE, POLICE  oppressions still too.

 

I clearly do believe in the right of everyone to speak, to speak out as well,  and to be equally heard by all, so we can all judge what has been said if it is appropriate and we can next corresponding act upon it, even in the church, in the government, on the internet now too. Clearly some people falsely DO DISALLOW THIS RIGHT... the bad persons especially as even I know this for sure. They respond with a personal attack, inquisition, censorship, lies, slanders, diversions, distortions, instead of facing, dealing with the facts, truths being presented. Confirming to many what they still are really like, immoral, abusive bullies.

 

Speaking of free speech...  Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said.  But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not? and why is it too often unacceptably the bad cops are never found guilty as well?

In regard also to the The Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points whicj was adopted on December 19, 2007.  The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h.  The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. New road safety measures come into force in Québec on April 1, 2008: The use of hand-held cell phones will be banned from then on .Tougher penalties will be imposed on drivers guilty of excessive speeding  Some of the motives for the false, partial restive applications, implantation of these laws can certainly now still be questioned as well.  The oppressive police enforcement of revenue generating speeding tickets enforcement is still  basically economically beneficially   hopefully  to a very small, isolated segment of society, the related cops, judges, lawyers, and it is false  job security approach for them even in Alberta. While the government of Alberta fails to often still to  deal with the still much too many bad managers, bad civil and public servants abusing tax payers money, even stealing,  not doing their jobs properly, unnecessarily taking out of town trips and charging it to the job still, Alberta today  is putting 15 new sheriffs on the road in Alberta. Alberta for decades, and the police  has been falsely preoccupied with putting every person in jail in Calgary, and Edmonton, all of  Alberta for speeding,  it seems and was another main reasons they spent so much money on building new court facilities in Alberta too… this is even all being done while statistics, experiences confirms that speeding does not kill, or cause the majority of accidents, but only drunk or drug impaired drivers, bad drivers, and road rage cause the majority of the accidents the government still wants to purse now mostly  the speeders more aggressively in Alberta.

 

Speaking about perverse law enforcement, whether it applies to the transit cops, or the RCMP, other cops too,  the OLD wording ‘non-compliant’ no longer applies, in response to concerns raised by the public. The  NEW  use-of-Taser usage criteria is ‘actively resistant’, and the  too often aggressive executive managers of the police enforcement, or the dictatorial ISP, internet service providers , it now seems that are all going crazy  trying so hard to earn more money by means of a hopeful personal  promotion too. And so they see anyone who is a threat to their survival, potential promotion is a serious  persons to be next shot, killed or tasered, removed?

 

Are also next  Bell Sympatico’s  executive care Sasha Rollins or the Conservative Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper now himself, others  next going to taser me because ‘Me I am rightfully ‘actively resistant’ to the Church, GOVERNMENTAL  or corporate, police  oppressions still too?  ? Even  because I too am rightfully still not compliant to carrying out their too often despotic, invalid  orders, so I am rightfully non submissive to their too much too many false demands, too?

I KNOW FROM DECADES OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCES IN MY ENCOUNTERS WITH COPS, LAWYERS, PASTORS, SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS,  OTHERS TOO, that most often now in reality the very same people who do tend to preach to others that we all must not steal, tell lies, drive drunk, that we must respect other person’s rights, all the laws…  those very  same persons who so readily  tend to preach the rules to others, those very same persons  who  expect all of the others to falsely obey  the rules even now  all the while they most often tend to be the firstly the  very same persons to break most of  the rules themselves, they themselves they do not keep them, and they still also  falsely believe they personally are exempt from living the rules cause  they do preach them  to others.
 
What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicians too?  These same persons  who too  readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they  cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites.  Even the Insurance companies do love excessive rules, and next have people break them so that way they can make more money next too.  Seems you cannot trust anyone, any group, and yes  they all have to regulated, reviewed, and that is why too many OF THE BAD PERSONS THERE they seem not to love our free speech and try falsely to oppress it.
 
When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the  man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think I am their false slave and that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters?
 
For  just cause  someone, a lawyer now too even,  some one made up some set of rules it still does  not mean they are all valid, or legitimately  enforceable now too!  I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Not all man made rules, regulations even in writing are rightfully valid still in reality, and just ask any decent judge on the court of the Queen’s judge and he or she can tell you the same thing too.
 
Here’s great example of bullying Hypocrisy now too. CALGARY - An employee with the Calgary Police Service has been arrested in a drug trafficking operation and a Calgary Policeman was arrested for drunk driving that caused an accident..

 

Another great example was big brother Bell Sympatico originally done  in secret capping of the internet downloads which as you still can read about   in full too in many places on the net was apparently caused by their  very questionable motives, even a distorted, false excuse to charge more money to customers, a greedy  attempt to make internet users buy and download rather  Bell movies, an attempt to put Bell's  sub ISPs out of business, and much more.. so Bell Sympatico rightfully  is now even facing a class action  lawsuit in this regard too... and bad negative publicity, exposure too.

 

Law and order enforcement  starts firstly in the leaders own life. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers hell to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this. I am not only transparently honest, straight forward, and rightfully too,  but I rightfully do still judge any of our leaders. civil and public servants, PROFESSIONALS. managers, executives too  NOW  not only per their past words, promises, acts,  but also by a higher exemplary standard, BEHAVIOR now as well especially when they profess to be Christians, or rather as often in reality so called "Christian alcoholics", or hypocrites .. which is rather an UNACCEPTABLE oxymoron.

 

If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men. We know that being an alcoholic is a terrible sin that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well.

So now the year is up, we have switched to www.yak.com, not only is it cheaper, it is truly unlimited with no monthly download caps. L'Union des Consommateurs and a Quebec consumer have launched a class action lawsuit against Bell Canada over its throttling practices.  The suit, which is seeking certification on behalf of all provincial subscribers, argues that the practices deliberately slowed consumer services and raises privacy issues.  It seeks a refund of 80 percent of the monthly subscription price, in line with the reduction in advertised speeds.  It further seeks $600 per subscriber to compensate for false advertising and $1500 for privacy rights violations. A Quebec group called L'Union des consommateurs, along with Bell customer Myrna Raphael, are accusing Bell of false advertising, as a result of its practice of throttling traffic at peak hours. Raphael is said to have signed a three-year ADSL contract in 2006, partly on the basis of Bell's claim of "constant speed" at all times; by enabling throttling last fall, says Raphael, Bell broke its agreement.  Bell is further accused of violating users' privacy, by using a technology called deep packet inspection (DPI) as part of the throttling process. Although DPI may be used for beneficial purposes, such as the control of spam, viruses and hacking, it has also been implicated in more sinister uses such as censorship, net neutrality violations, and government spying in countries like China and the US.  http://www.michaelgeist.ca/content/view/2979/125/

 

Consumers have come together in Canada in a class action lawsuit against Bell Canada for the company’s practice of throttling traffic. There are two charges involved in the lawsuit. The first is for false advertising; the company had advertised the offer of a constant speed at all times which isn’t true if throttling is going on. And the second is for violating users’ privacy through the use of deep packet inspection. Those filing the suit say that the ISP throttles about eighty percent of the time and they are therefore seeking a return of eighty percent of the customers’ monthly subscriptions along with additional fees for each of the two violations. It's only in Quebec, because it's a Civil case, which is not possible outside of Quebec in Canada.  Quebec has a completely different legal system than the rest of Canada and the US. Only for civil cases, not criminal cases. Criminal code is uniform throughout Canada   The rest of Canada and the United States is derived from English Common Law. Quebec is derived from Code Napoleon. This is the same province who's judges just re-wrote the interpretation of law (in the opinion of the majority of legal opinions) with the court of appeal's overturning of a lower court ruling about BCE bondholders and the pending takeover of the company by OTPP. We'll see how the Supreme Court goes on that one, but never underestimate the Quebec court system's ability to interpret the law in new and interesting ways --About Class Action Lawsuits in Canada  A class action allows one person, called a representative plaintiff, to start a lawsuit on behalf of himself/herself as well as all others who fit into the defined class, subject to the rights of class members to withdraw or opt-out. This means that a single person can commence a class action on behalf of hundreds or thousands of people. Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland are the only five provinces in Canada with Class Action Legislation in effect. I am not the only one asking Bell Sympatico to pay me back for my breach of their internet services.

 

Bell is not the only internet service provider to throttle customers speeds, as Toronto-based Rogers Communications Inc. has acknowledged doing so. A spokesman for Bell's main competitor in Quebec, Montreal-based cable provider Vidéotron Ltée, said it does not throttle its customers. The union, however, also launched a class-action lawsuit against Vidéotron last year for forcing download limits on internet customers in the middle of their contracts. The company said it was not violating the terms of those contracts as it gave customers two months warning. The CRTC has given interested parties until June 12 to make their submissions on the throttling issue. Bell will then have until June 19 to reply to those submissions, while CAIP will have until June 26. The CRTC said it will then make a ruling by September. Aside from the Quebec consumers' lawsuit and the CRTC probe, Bell also has to deal with a complaint filed with the federal privacy commissioner by the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic, a University of Ottawa legal clinic specializing in internet and other technology-related law. Rather I rightfully tended to ask the bad pastors and their bad supporters now too to change to repent instead..

Two sides of the same story. My local Baptist Church pastor had told me what a reliable, honorable man my father in law was, I guess he was buttering me up for a donation.. bit just shortly after that I went to a funeral of my father in law's relative. There the close relatives told me first hand a whole different story. My father in law was a womanizer, a boozer, had been even separated from his wife as well, and had been kick out of a Brethren church cause they considered him and his acts as being non Christian. Next I really could not see anything Christian about him now as well..  Telling lies is a sin even for a pastor now too.

THE MAN KING OF THE HOUSE, THE WOMAN HIS DUTIFUL SUBJECT. The man is the king of the  household, and the wife is only the prime minister. There is no confusion or overlapping of authority. The will of the husband is law. He has the  only   place of honor . The arrangements of the house, the company entertained, and the service employed, all have respect to his wishes and to his convenience. The wife conducts the affairs of state for the king. She has her household and, more than  her personal allowance, and she renders a strict account of stewardship.   The wife's personal expenditures are less, much less than the husband's. The will of the husband is the  undisputed law; as to the wife her person, her property, her children under his sole control even to the present time are the rights secured to the husband under present English law. Like it or not but these laws were based on the Bible, which states   (Eph 5:23 KJV) " For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body"  and most Evangelical pastors DO need to recognize AND PRACTICE this still too

Most people also  are not aware that the Canadian Pentecostal assemblies of Canada churches PAOC are a break away from the Christian Missionary Alliance church firstly and they have a very similar church management structure, a corporation with a C&MA corporate president even that does not disclose all the expenditures to the all of the donators now too. .. not your expected  congregationally managed, owned local church ..

Yes the same Christian Missionary alliance church, rather Corporation.. the bad so called church that our Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper goes too. The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) is an Evangelical Protestant denomination within Christianity. Founded by Rev. Albert Benjamin Simpson in 1887, the Christian & Missionary Alliance did not start off as a denomination, but rather began as two distinct Para church organizations: The Christian Alliance which focused on the pursuit and promotion of the Higher Christian life and The Evangelical Missionary Alliance, which focused on mobilizing “consecrated” Christians in the work of foreign missionary efforts. These two groups amalgamated in 1897 to form The Christian and Missionary Alliance. It was only much later during the mid twentieth century that an official denomination was formed. See my posts on the CMA.. It is owned and controlled by a Corporation. The Pentecostal Assembly of Canada, PAOC broke away from this corporation and formed it’s own corporation, so called church..

When any spouse starts to talk to others about their family affairs they now are next definitely  headed towards divorce wars as well..

I went to a Church for the first time in the Calgary NW Suburb AND I KNEW AFTER ONE SERVICE THE EVANGELICAL PASTOR WAS A CROOK, A LIAR.. My friends insisted I return to the church, but in the process they had told me that the pastor was lying about me, slandering me to others, even to them as well.. This has often happened to me by pastors of other churches, in Calgary, Montréal too, seems the much too many bad pastors like to slander and Gossip. At the next church service I had shared openly with the congregation at the end of the service that their pastor had been accused of lying, slandering me, and even stealing, , misappropriation of funds , lying also by others. The majority of Congregation members disagreed. Ten years later there was a knock on the door of my home and one of the church members told me face to face the same Calgary NW pastor was fired for lying, stealing funds. I always had wondered why it took them so long to see the truth about him?

Why?? most people are bad sheep who follow the leaders, or Ostriches when it comes to negative truths.. 

It was very interesting fact that the clearly bad pastors of TACF Toronto Airport Church fellowship had resorted to a commercial lawsuit over rather resorting to pray in dealing with one of their critics,

 

Where in the world did so many of evangelical pastors wrongfully get the idea they personally now  are beyond any rightful criticism? rebuke, corrections? Certainly not from God.

It is very ironic that I have often said that if you really want to know how spiritual someone is, do first see how they do in regard their emphasis on the  importance of money, for their related greed for it will show their true spiritual values, or rather the lack of it. It is thus  interesting that the CMA disputes causing News headlines was over money. Many persons already are too often rightfully complaining that too many evangelical pastors even are too often still  greedy for filthy lucre, and they really do not care about the spiritual welfare, physical needs of others.

It is absurd for anyone to now even to try to hoodwink me as to how supposedly spiritually the Christian Missionary Alliance Church is as well, rather in truth the CMA Corporation now is supposedly. It would not work for I already do know the much too many negative truths about the CMA  firsthand and for many decades now too. No amount of whitewash can cover up their real dirty plays still too as I have seen firsthand.

Christians doing still dirty works and hiding behind titles, corporate names still is also unacceptable… does not impress me at all.    My door bell rang and a person was there asking for donations to World Vision Canada, asking me if I had heard of it? Have I personally heard of it?  a vice president of this corporation that I had personally known, been to his home too had already lied about me, slandered me, spread other people’s lies about me.. He was an ex Christian & Missionary Alliance Missionary NOW AS WELL. Like I said many times before God still  expects all professing Christians to live a godly  life, not just pretend they do… God does not overlook human right abuses even by so called Christians now too.. for God is not impressed by what Church they go to, where they work, and what fancy title they may have now as well.

I seem to often  cross paths with my twin brother Walter Kambulow in my posts, in my internet writings, while I clearly do not agree with his approach of next  taking a Canadian Church, a crooked church pastor,  to court even in his defense, nor do I agree with all his opinions, but there are definite, valid points of his that I also do I know are fully true and I also support them as well.  While we both have the last 4 decades attend different churches we seem to have encountered much too often the same perversities by too many professing Evangelical Christian  pastors, leaders.. and their non profitable corporations now too.

It is very definite that Churches should not be incorporated as Corporation, where they hide their thefts, abuses as well there ,and too often now too. Furthermore no pastor should be counseling a man's wife behind his back, especially without his knowledge, approval as well as is a too common evangelical practice too, and next even immorally counseling divorce for 70 percent of evangelical pastors have admitted to committing adultery, so what kind of counsel now can they offer too?  Subjects I had already been dealing separately on my own for decades now too.

I always do rightfully  take the liberty of sending you a copy when I write about you to any others, such as news editors, premiers, politicians  or by my posting it on the net.

 It’s also amazing that we have operating freely in Toronto Canada,  liars, perjurers and thieves in Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship including John Arnott and Steve Long with impunity or without rebuke from anybody about their financial crimes, their hate crimes, lies and perjury!

 

But it’s not amazing that these scoundrels, liars, and perjurers would not submit  as per “The order of Justice James H. Clarke of  January 15, 2008” which stated “ THIS COURT ORDERS THAT the Defendants shall serve on the Plaintiff by email and file their Statement of Defense within ten days,”  a Statement of Defense to this former member regarding his $100 million dollar Lawsuit Court File No: 6447/07 filed in Milton, Ontario, with the Superior Court of Ontario and now revised to $ 300 million.

 

 And if this Christian nonprofit charity TACF and its executives John Arnott and Steve Long can defy and ignore the order of  Justice James H. Clarke and do whatever they want so can every other Canadian.  Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship sets by its example that any Christian can be lawless, liars, thieves, and perjurers and not respect the rule of law!

The person being taken to court is firstly my own twin Brother Walter.. and who really knows him better than his brother, for he Walter certainly is no saint to start of with.. It appears that a pastor in Canada about 2 years ago had talked to Walter’s wife Sandy behind his back, without Walter’s rightful approval and knowledge, and ever since Walter was really upset over this, and he escalated his wars against the bad pastors, in Canada and in the US. Do also ask Walter why he actively supported these same bad pastors in Canada in the US too a decade ago, even financially  but he does not today. And it is not all just about money, thefts, misappropriation of funds is it? It is the perverse pastoral managerial    styles of the church, and their false disclosures, lack of accountability too, but much more.

   
The Airport Lawsuit was escalated because I next   had rightfully  emailed a copy of Walters past internet writings to 300 Pentecostal churches in Canada, for their copy, their records, and they did not like the negative exposure by Walter.

Walter was the person who had introduced me to Pentecostalism and even to Katherine Khulman, Benny Hynn too, and Walter went to many of Benny Hinn’s services too, and he had asked me to go too, and now he is denying it all… How Absurd.

This The Quebec Act explicitly guaranteed the freedom to practice the Catholic faith. It also restored French civil law alongside the British common law even till today. Furthermore, the Quebec Act allowed Catholics to hold public office, and removed a reference to the Protestant denomination in the office holders’ oath of allegiance to the king of England. It also allowed the Catholic church to collect the religious tax known as the tithe…

 

I have been an Baptist  church secretary now in my life as well and here I had thus also first  learned that not everyone in the church is honest, not just about financial matters now too.

  
I admit I have been really surprised for decades in Canada as to how crooked too many non profitable, religious, charitable organizations now are , as well as the professionals themselves such as lawyers, accountants, realtors, pastors and I have said that now many times too. In reality too many people left on their own will continue to cheat, lies, steal, abuse others, the pastors and cops, politicians included now. They all need to be regulated, supervised by the governments and some now rightfully even arrested too. A man’s enemies, bullies and thieves will be those persons even from his own family are still a reality too.

 

I had also attended a Latter Rain Movement Church for while too, loved it, and it’s theology was great too..

 

But I know from many years of Canadian experiences that 70 percent of pastors are bad, hypocrites, pretenders.. in all denominations..

 

and I think that people who are so called experts on something they have never experienced are still just big liars, hypocrites, bullies, false teachers, false prophets..

 
Now I have no problem with any church collecting the tithe as long as they give an  honest, detailed account of where the money was  being spent which in fact too often is not done these days, especially in the Christian Missionary Alliance Churches, or the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada where the churches are not local, congregationally run or owned, rather they are an incorporated Corporation, corruption existing mainly it seems to provide security and jobs for their pastors.. etc., Sadly the donations, the incomes, the Monies - filthy lucre, for some reasons too often do not reach designated targets and are secretly diverted elsewhere as well and undeniably too.

 

Furthermore for  a start most churches ask you to the, give ten percent of your income to the church, but tithing is also an old testament concept and not enforceable in the new testament. In the old testament the tithers, and those who received the tithers had to insure that 1/7 of the donations were given to the local poor people. So I asked any church that advocated tithe that they prove as well they have kept this Biblical requirements, for almost none do it for it start. On top of that any clergy receiving tithing in the old testament was not allowed to own any real estate , tangible property too. If you are going to preach the law here on tithing too, then you yourself should observe all of it, not just mostly steal the tithe.

 

Also  Jesus never sold one Sermon of his, nor the Apostles, or any of their books, … so I rightfully cannot stand those greedy, money lusting charlatans who clearly try to make money by selling Christian literature, tapes, music, or what ever on the subject of Prophecy, healing, etc., .. and no matter what their excuses are now too.. Jesus said as you have freely received so freely give. And that is what I have done the last 4 decades too… and so should we all, trusting in the Faith for God to supply our needs, not begging for money, or wrongfully stealing by pretending to be a non profitable tax exempt corporation, organization basically so not to pay taxes as well.. How greedy can you get and pretend it to be Christian now too is the game many wrongfully play too even by Church pastors, elders, deacons….

 
You would be surprised how many Protestant, Catholics, evangelicals, and cults like Mormons practise tax evasion now too.. much too many for a start too.

 

Now there is another common scam I do not like, groups, churches who often choose a valid cause, since the best way to catch fish, suckers is with live bait, and then do next do ask for related donations, money.. this advertised cause tends to be rather an inefficient  self employment creation, and is not a real public services.. for to get most complaints, issues handled properly all you do generally have to do is to post it firstly on the net, and also write to the News media  with copies to the  elected representatives too.

Like I said many times before God still  expects all professing Christians to live a godly  life, not just pretend they do… God does not overlook human right abuses even by so called Christians now too.. for God is not impressed by what Church they go to, where they work, and what fancy title they may have now as well.

 

I went to a Church for the first time in the Calgary NW Suburb AND I KNEW AFTER ONE SERVICE THE EVANGELICAL PASTOR WAS A CROOK, A LIAR.. My friends insisted I return to the church, but in the process they had told me that the pastor was lying about me, slandering me to others, even to them as well.. This has often happened to me by pastors of other churches, in Calgary, Montréal too, seems the much too many bad pastors like to slander and Gossip. At the next church service I had shared openly with the congregation at the end of the service that their pastor had been accused of lying, slandering me, and even stealing, , misappropriation of funds , lying also by others. The majority of Congregation members disagreed. Ten years later there was a knock on the door of my home and one of the church members told me face to face the same Calgary NW pastor was fired for lying, stealing funds. I always had wondered why it took them so long to see the truth about him?

 
Why?? most people are bad sheep who follow the leaders, or Ostriches when it comes to negative truths..

"Net neutrality bill hits House of Commons

The private member's bill, C-552, is in reaction to moves by some of Canada's largest internet service providers (ISPs), including Bell Canada Inc. and Rogers Communications Inc., to limit their customers' uses of the internet. Bell, Rogers and a few others say a small percentage of customers have been congesting their networks by using peer-to-peer applications such as BitTorrent, so they have slowed the internet down at peak times of the day.

The ISPs' actions have provoked outrage from internet users, with about 300 protesters taking to the steps of Parliament Hill on Tuesday. Critics have said the targeting of peer-to-peer applications is just the tip of the iceberg. If ISPs are allowed to decide which internet applications can and can't be used, innovative new companies that were born from experimentation — such as Google, Amazon and eBay — may not happen in the future.

"Net neutrality affects everybody, every person, every business, every hospital, every institution is involved in the exchange of information over the internet," Angus told CBCnews.ca. "This shouldn't be about party lines."

Separation of Church and State politics, and related corruption is just a very small small portion, issue.. Rather all major perversions, corruptions by anyone, politicians, priests, pastors are,  is unacceptable anywhere and at anytime too. For both politicians, Pastors and cops all civil and public servants too are here to help look after the good welfare of the citizens and if they are not doing that JOB NOW properly they all should be helped to become unemployed for sure BY THEIR CORRUPTIONS, ABUSES BEING EXPOSED TO ALL..

 

Religious or not is not the issue.. but the second law of engineering thermodynamics is, energy goes from a higher level to a lower level, it degenerates, meaning even water unrestrained flows downhill, or 30 percent of all people need to be put into a real jail it seems before they will stop their wrong doings and start to do good.. reality.. for self supervision or self regulation does not work, crudely it is just masturbation.. In reality too many people left on their own will continue to cheat, lies, steal, abuse others, the pastors and cops, politicians included now. They all need to be regulated, supervised by the governments and some now rightfully even arrested too. A man’s enemies, bullies and thieves will be those persons even from his own family are still a reality too.

 

The really bad persons unless they are exposed, punished will likely never change for the good on their own in fact? Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty works best for everyone. Now I have been writing letters to news editors, governments. for that is part of their job now too, and I have helped in exposing the bad guys and the bad corporations for decades too and thus rightfully helping to get rightfully deal with some of the really unacceptable bad guys and so should we all..

 

Us Senator John McCain  had fallen under condemnation by the news media for accepting the endorsement of Rev John Hagee . Wikipedia describes “John C. Hagee [as] the founder and senior pastor of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, a non-denominational charismatic church with more than 19,000 active members.”

 

Rev John Hagee clearly states that he is not anti catholic or antigay but he is Anti Semitism and he is working on behalf of Israel and this highlights his belief.. but his dispensational theology support of Israel are not substantiated by the New Testament still. God loves both Jew and Arab as well as all of the Gentiles.

 

The Bad Unacceptable theology - Christian Dispensationalism - Dispensationalism is basically false and it is the method of interpreting the scriptures that sees two distinct peoples of God, with two distinct destinies – Israel and the Church. The criticism of Rev Hagee, right or wrong is just the tip of the iceberg of discontentment against too many so called Christian pastors in America.  I know I pastored a church for a few years, and in the last 50 years I have encountered too many many mostly bad pastors, and 70 percent of evangelical pastors have admitted they had committed adultery and they even do counsel divorce for a start. The false misappropriation of funds in many churches in north America is so common so I had rightfully asked even the US government to investigate all of the churches- Pentecostal, Catholic, Baptist for their possible misappropriation of funds equally, annually in fact months ago too. 

 

For a start most churches ask you to the, give ten percent of your income to the church, but tithing is also an old testament concept and not enforceable in the new testament. In the old testament the tithers, and those who received the tithers had to insure that 1/7 of the donations were given to the local poor people. So I asked any church that advocated tithe that they prove as well they have kept this Biblical requirements, for almost none do it for it start. On top of that any clergy receiving tithing in the old testament was not allowed to own any real estate , tangible property too. If you are going to preach the law here on tithing too, then you yourself should observe all of it, not just mostly steal the tithe.

   

And  Jesus never sold one Sermon of his, nor the Apostles… so I rightfully cannot stand those greedy, money lusting charlatans who clearly try to make money by selling Christian literature, tapes, music, or what ever on the subject of Prophecy, healing, etc., .. and no matter what their excuses are now too.. Jesus said as you have freely received so freely give. And that is what I have done the last 4 decades too… and so should we all, trusting in the Faith for God to supply our needs, not begging for money, or wrongfully stealing by pretending to be a non profitable tax exempt corporation, organization basically so not to pay taxes as well.. How greedy can you get and pretend it to be Christian now too is the game many wrongfully play too even pastors….

 

Now there is another common scam I do not like, groups, churches who often choose a valid cause, since the best way to catch fish, suckers is with live bait, and then do next do ask for related donations, money.. this advertised cause tends me rather an inefficient  self employment creation, and is not a real public services.. for to get most complaints, issues handled properly all you do generally have to do is to post it firstly on the net, and also write to the News media  with copies to the

Since Roberts Dziekanski tasering at Vancouver International Airport, light has been recently spilled on how the police conduct internal investigations in BC. When an inquiry against a police officer is called the investigation is conducted by officers from the same department. Naturally this creates a bias in our current police internal investigation system which was set up to maintain the people's confidence in our police services. B.C is also the only province to have this system; Quebec, Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan all have independent civilian review boards set up so as to remove any bias in internal police investigations.

Bell Sympatico next as per the last letter to me, contrary to my rightful objection is falsely going to disconnect my internet services with them as of May 31, 2008 to try to shut me up, they are going to breach my contract with me, and Jim Prentice, Consumer Affairs,  did, do not help in these matters to date. I got a useless reply from the federal consumer’s office too before , even from  Dussault.Madeleine@cb-bc.gc.ca,  l;ike i had said  they  did  not do much good in these matters too to date. How many more citizens will have to wrongfully suffer because of the detail, witnessed  Bell’s immoral management before the federal consumer affairs department and CRTC deals with it all adequately and fully now too?

 

Capping: The Criminal Code of Canada's section 184.2.c.i-ii DOES NOT warrant them to do packet sniffing. It allows them to ONLY 'sample' traffic for quality reasons. You need to remember that these rules were drafted to stop people making their own wire taps on phone technology. What the statement is saying is that: If I am a phone tech I am allowed to connect to the line to check for hums/crackels/dead-service and then do my job to fix it. With Internet traffic you may not capture a person's traffic unless a court order is issued to do so. The subject of traffic shaping is very different...They are looking into packet headers and making changes that are not a privacy issue...
